As Managing Director of Branduin Business Support, Nauzar oversees the delivery of our Local Authority & Enterprise Hub contracts as well as managing Finance and Governance.

Following a successful international career with American and Japanese multi-nationals, Nauzar joined Branduin in 2011 and has since helped to win and successfully deliver 12 business support programmes funded by ERDF, Local Authorities Regeneration Units, and London Mayor’s New Homes Bonus schemes on behalf of behalf of Local Authorities and Westmont Enterprise Hub at University of West London.

As Finance & Enterprise Contracts Director he is responsible for governance, business risk analysis, programme implementation, budgets, recruiting the advisor team, resource allocation, and meeting and reporting on contract outcomes.

Nauzar is a Master Class Licenced Practitioner of the Business Model Canvas and is a co-founder of Branduin’s GOALMAPPER ® and Fit To Bid ® business support programmes based on the Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design and Testing Business Ideas methodologies.

Nauzar is an accomplished senior leader recognised for pioneering board-level strategies that drive growth in a broad range of business markets. With over 35 years expertise, Nauzar combines entrepreneurial acumen with a deep understanding of B2B to support business transformation, steer key negotiations and secure contracts.

Having successfully adapted and pivoted the business model to remote and online delivery, Nauzar was appointed Managing Director of Branduin Business Support in May 2020.
